Sales policy
All jewelry prices shown on the Site are expressed in lei (RON) and include VAT. Any User can use the Site to place an order with the Seller, on the territory of Romania.
The User can communicate with the Seller through the e-mail addresses and telephone numbers mentioned in the Contact section.
After completing the Order, VincentGildo will issue the buyer an invoice for the delivered products, based on the data provided by him, according to the legislation in force.

According to the legal provisions on the payment of Products in cash, we inform you of the limitation of transactions carried out by natural persons up to 10,000 (ten thousand) RON, and by legal persons up to 5,000 (five thousand) RON.
Product delivery policy :
∙ Delivery is made by fast courier, only on the territory of Romania, within 2-5 working days.
∙ For orders over 100 RON, delivery is free.
∙ In case of delays, we will notify you by email.
Product cancellation or return policy
At Vincent Gildo, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with our products, you can cancel or return your order under the following conditions:
Cancellation conditions:
∙ You can cancel your order before it is shipped. If you want to
cancel an order, please contact us at info@vincentgildo.com as soon as possible

∙ If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return policy
described below.
Return conditions:
∙ You have the right to return the purchased products within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, all shipping costs will be covered by Vincent Gildo.
∙ Products must be in their original, unused condition and returned in their packaging
original.

∙ If the products you receive have manufacturing defects, you have the right to return them in
term of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt;
∙ If you receive a product other than the one ordered, you have the right to return it in
term of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt;
Refund conditions:
∙ To initiate the return, please contact us at info@vincentgildo.com to
provide return instructions.
∙ Once we receive the returned products and check their condition, we will process them
reimbursement. This will be done within 14 working days from the date of receipt
the return.
∙ Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for purchase, except in the case where it was agreed otherwise.
Instructions for use and maintenance of the products:
*Do not expose the products to water*
Jewelry can tarnish or discolor if exposed to moisture, so it's best to remove it before showering, bathing, or swimming, especially in salt water or chlorinated pools. Do not use jewelry in hot or sulphurous waters.
*Do not use harsh chemicals*
Detergents, perfumes, hairsprays and cosmetics can damage jewelry. Wear jewelry only after applying perfumes or lotions.
*Do not leave them exposed to air*:
Jewelry tends to oxidize with air. Store your jewelry in a dry place, preferably in an airtight cloth or plastic bag.
*Do not rub them with abrasive materials*
Do not use rough sponges or abrasive cleaners to clean them, as they may scratch the surface. Use a soft cloth to polish your jewelry.
*Do not wear during intense physical activity*
Sweat, in addition to causing oxidation, can build up on jewelry, making it dirty or dull.
